How it works

Step 1: Connect once

Register Handover as an API app in your HaloPSA instance - takes about 2 minutes

Step 2: Choose what to import

Select your client, date range and tickets or projects - pick exactly what you need

Step 3: Generate instantly

Handover pulls your tickets and generates all 5 outputs in seconds - no copy pasting required

Setup guide

  1. In HaloPSA go to Configuration > Integrations > Halo API
  2. Click View Applications then New
  3. Name it "Handover", set Authentication Method to "Client ID and Secret (Services)"
  4. In Permissions tab select read:tickets, read:customers, and read:projects
  5. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret shown
  6. Your Tenant and server URLs are on the API Details page

What you need:

  • A HaloPSA instance (cloud or on-premise)
  • Admin access to create API applications
  • Takes approximately 2 minutes to set up
